Executive Mansion Contract

Beaver Flooring is proud to have been chosen to provide the timber flooring and staircases for a new, executive mansion being constructed in the Perth Suburb of Hillarys. The two-storey residence overlooks the beach at Pinaroo Point. The total floor area is 220 sq.m. for the downstairs only, and Beaver Flooring was contracted to cover all of this area with beautiful, natural timber. For this work, the clients chose solid, BlackButt timber from NSW, and it was all installed using top-quality plank-on-ply techniques. The staircase features six, solid, handcrafted, round steps, which dominate the entrance to the home and provide a brilliant entrance feature.
